HOW IT ALL STARTED
A collection of my great uncle, Joost Van der Linden, came into my possession. I decided to inform myself and was immediately immersed in the world of art. After putting a number of paintings and objects up for auction at Carlo Bonte, I invested in my own collection.
Visits to Gallery Sofie Van de Velde. A visit to Everyday Gallery from Boris Devis. Buying a famous piece of vintage funiture from Yves Chung. And last but not least selling an exclusive showpiece for the highest possible price in the television program 'Stukken Van Mensen'.
It all played a part in how my art expedition actually started.

How did they all get here? How far did they travel? Sometimes, neither of us can tell. The purpose of the object and its emotional relevance will become clear and generate a life of its own.
